Student Admission Portal

The Central Admission Portal is an online Admission System that allows students to select and apply for courses across South African TVET and Private Colleges, from a single System.

It will be beneficial to the College because Students from outside the reach of the College will now have access to information of the Courses that the College has to offer.
The Admission Portal minimises the administration of Enrolments by letting the student capture their biographical information and applying online for Courses at the College.

  • Pre-enrol from any location where an active internet connection can be established

  • Auto sending of an email and SMS when pre-enrolling.
  • The pre-enrolled information will be synced in the Coltech Student System automatically.

  • Change Personal Information
  • Student can check for upcoming exams
  • Student can see test results
  • See NSFAS allocations
  • Post advertisements

  • The validated data will improve the quality of the College Data and submissions of the TVETMIS data to DHET.

  • Admin staff can capture Marks of the placement tests on the Portal
